CARMINE
CARMINIC ACID is the red pigment extracted from the cochineal Dactylopius coccus. It is a water-soluble pigment, stable in acidic conditions under which it provides an orange tone.
CARMIN provides a bright red tone and is a very stable color that is not affected by oxygen, light or heat. May precipitate in acidic conditions.
